The Grdelina Story
Grdelina began as a family who fell in love with one island. We've spent our summers on Brač since 1993, and over time we made a big dream real — owning a few properties, renting them out, and being part of local life even outside the summer season.
More Than a Place to Sleep
We wanted a home on the island that we could share — a place where families can unpack their suitcases, slow down, and settle in for a week or two. That's why we live here ourselves. Whenever you need a restaurant recommendation, directions to the quietest beach, or help with the ferry timetable, we're always here for you.
A Home That Keeps Growing
What started as one villa is now two, side by side on the same quiet street. Both have been carefully renovated, with every apartment designed to be comfortable for families with children and pets. The apartments offer real space to relax, proper kitchens, shaded terraces, and gardens where dinners around the table just seem to happen naturally.
