Villa Grdelina and Villa Roda are apartment houses in a residential part of the town of Supetar, on the island of Brač. They're just a five-minute walk from the most beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, and ten minutes from the centre of Supetar. The nearest shop is 150 metres away, and you can walk to the harbour, where the ferry docks, in 15–20 minutes.

It's a place where timeless design, functionality, and close attention to detail come together gracefully throughout every private and shared space.

Villa Roda was renovated in 2024. The brand-new apartments we rent within it boast exceptional comfort and top-quality fixtures and furnishings. The terraces offer sea views, parking is available right in front of the house, and both streets surrounding the house are pleasantly quiet. Its timeless design is as comfortable as it is beautiful.

We loved our stay - we will go! The entire place was amazing! Very clean and tidy, well equipped for longer stays! It was very close to the beach – 7 min walk. Anna is an amazing host!! Highly recommend it. Everything was great.

How do I book an apartment?

Are your apartments suitable for families with young children?
Absolutely. Cots, high chairs, and safety features are provided as standard. The nearby beaches are shallow and pebbly, ideal for little ones, and the town itself is calm and easy to get around on foot.
Are dogs welcome at your apartments?
Yes, absolutely — dogs are very welcome to stay with you. We know that isn't the norm at every rental on the island, but as a family with pets of our own, we're always happy to host four-legged guests too. A small pet fee is arranged individually, so just mention your dog when you book and we'll sort out the details together.
What's included in the price?
All apartments come with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, fresh bed linen and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen, with a shared washing machine available to every guest. A pet fee is set individually, and a local tourist tax is payable on-site.
How do we get to Supetar from the mainland?
Supetar is connected to Split by a regular car ferry (about 50 minutes) and a fast catamaran (about 30 minutes). Once you arrive at the port, our apartments are a 15–20 minute walk, or a short drive away. You can arrange a taxi, or ask us about pickup for a fee.
How are your apartments different from a hotel?
Our apartments give you the space and freedom of a real home — fully equipped kitchens, separate bedrooms, and private outdoor space — while still being just steps from the beaches, restaurants, and Old Town of Supetar. Perfect for families who want comfort without a strict hotel routine.
